Norb Schemansky: lifting history as reported in S&H, compiled by Joe Roark
[this is not intended as an exhaustive recap of Norbs contests, but it should be a good launching point for anyone wanting more information on what Strength and Health reported on his contests. For a splendid feel for the man that Norb is, see S&H July 1973 and August 1973 for the two part: Norb Schemansky, the Old Master wonderfully written by Vernon Hollister. Excellent writing!

As always, any additions or corrections are welcome.
